It has been confirmed by numerous sources that the Muldoons pitcher, who single handely lost the game for his team, called Joe Eversole a "Smart" A$$ instead of the previously reported "dumb" A$$. The Bonediddlies had to deal with a lot of adversity last night, terrible umpiring, terrible sportsmanship, but it was a nice night to get a W...
Pat Eversole and Mike Schmidt were at an Autograph session at Taco Fresco, of Wheaton, IL, and had this to say about the altercation:
Pat: "We knew that they were bitter, especially the older guys, because they just got their asses totally kicked, shut out, by a better looking and more athletic team. We have more class then one certain individual on Muldoons aka Naberhaus.
Mike: "You always have to be ready to fight, always have to be ready, man!"
(This Standings are not official, because Dan Novak has only made standings avaliable through the first 3 games, 4 for Naberhaus)
The loss gave Naberhaus their 3rd straight, making their record 4-4, since they played a double header earlier in the year, they are one game ahead of the rest of the league. They have 2 games left, both against celluar dweller Lafond, so they should be able to finish 6-4.
The Diddlies have a record of 5-2. The 2 seed is will be theirs if they win out, and possibly the 1 seed if Fedyski falters. This would probably mean the Bones would get Horvatin or Ledonne, according to the standings earlier in the year.
The Diddlies have 3 regular season games left, 2 vs Ledonne, and 1 against old rival Diorio. The rivalry has taken a step back because of the tension between the Bones and Muldoons. The Bones hope to play Naberhaus again, so we can shut those pussies down, and keep the ball.
