The Bonediddlies have called the Triple A affiliate Kalamazoo Kangarooes, and have purchased the contract of infielder Mark Goudreault for tonight's game vs. Diorio. The move needed to be put in by 3:30, or else the Bones would have been down a fielder. This move was made because of the injury to regular third basemen Mike Schmidt. Schmidt could still play as the EH tonight, but his status is still questionable.

Goudreault was called up to play shortstop earlier in the year for the Bones while Joe Eversole was out with a sprained hand. He was hitting .674 with the Triple A club, and was the regular starting shortstop. He will move over to third tonight, and should hit in the middle of the lineup.
